Thot Man Kung
400 gms fresh shrimps 100 gms chicken 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp chopped coriander ½ tbsp salt 1 egg 100 ml oil 50 gms breads crumbs 2 tbsp cornflour 1 tbsp sesame oil
Mince the shrimp and chicken and add the egg, garlic, cornflour, salt, pepper powder, sesame oil and coriander leaves. Coat the cakes with breadcrumbs. In a deep frying pan, heat oil to boiling point and deep-fry the cakes until golden brown.
